I came up with this roast just before my spontaneous solo winter mountaineering trip to Snowdonia national park. After experiencing every type of weather imaginable, I hid behind a boulder, brewed up this coffee, and made the final push for the summit. It may have just been the horrendous conditions, but this was the best coffee that I had tasted in a very long time. Make this your coffee of choice for those big mountain days.
